The Roses megalithic tour reveals the rich array of remains dating back to its earliest inhabitants, some of whom belonged to the Neolithic era (4,000BC). Three large dolmens imbue the park with an especially unique character:

- The Creu d'en Cobertella dolmen , the largest in Catalunya, dating back to around 2,700 *BC.
- The Cama de la Generala and Cap de l'Home are from 3,200 BC.
- The menhir of la Casa Cremada is the oldest remains, along with the various caves dotted along the route.

The Foundation is currently studying a draft project whereby the megalithic area will be converted into an open-air museum with its corresponding signposting, routes, itineraries and information panels.
